Deb leads all information technology activities, including strengthening current systems and processes and leading the future direction of IT for Arete. She also manages the global development of new IT platforms and products and oversees our data governance strategy.
Deb has almost 30 years of experience in transforming business processes for Fortune 50 enterprises to improve productivity, efficiency, and value. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Global Corporate Systems at MetLife Insurance where she managed large, complex global applications portfolios and optimized IT delivery and services to address risk and establish technology standardization. She is seasoned in producing solutions that enable companies to manage increased business complexity, new requirements, and regulatory rigor and competitive challenges.
